John Bagenda, MBA
John Bagenda is a business development and licensing expert with over a decade of experience in facilitating foreign investments and high-value deals between Indonesia and the U.S.
As Business Development Director for James Martin Associates (now Headstrong Capital Markets), he has represented interests with Pertamina, PLN, and other BUMN entities. With IDR165B adjusted in executed contracts and networks in both government and private sectors, John connects global energy innovators with strategic opportunities in Southeast Asia.

Zeky Ambadar
Air Vice Marshal (Ret.) Zeky Ambadar brings decades of leadership, discipline, and cross-cultural experience to IndoEnergy Gateway. A distinguished career officer in the Indonesian Air Force, he was among the first trained on the F-5 Tiger II fighter jet in the United States in the 1980s and later served as the Air Force Attaché in Washington.
Following his service, he has continued to bridge U.S.-Indonesia relations through strategic leadership in national aviation, energy, and logistics. His deep institutional trust and cross-border credibility make him a vital force in guiding successful energy partnerships in Indonesia.

Lebitduan Oratmangun
With over a decade of leadership experience across banking, aquaculture, and technology, Mr. Oratmangun brings a proven track record in leading digital transformations, scaling operations, and managing cross-border projects.
He previously served as Vice President at CIMB Niaga, where he led regional digitization and risk management initiatives across Southeast Asia, including the deployment of loan origination and credit risk systems. Currently, he oversees large-scale aquaculture operations at Delos Aqua.
